        Children s Readiness Center offers individualized and customized education and support services to students with disabilities. It offers various mental health services, such as assessment, individualized and group therapy, crisis management and psycho-educational group services. The center offers a full range of special education services, including ascent, audiology, autism, catalyst, psychology services and personal services. It also offers youth vocational services that include career exploration, vocational assessment and training, career planning and job placement for special students. Children s Readiness Center is affiliated with Nassau BOCES that also operates other facilities, such as Alternative High School Development Service, Alternative Learning Program and Career and Technical Programs for Adults. The center is located in North Bellmore, N.Y.
