I’ve been going here for a couple years simply out of convenience because it’s around the corner from my office. I just can’t do it anymore. Here is why. In the time I have been going there I have had 3 different primaries. I once was waiting in a room and in the hallway heard someone talking about a previous patient, their medical concerns, and a lot of vulgarity. I made a formal complaint because of this. I once got there for an appointment and the NP I was supposed to see wasn’t even there that morning and they made me wait 3 hours to see someone else instead of rescheduling. I have an issue of debilitating pain and because Rebecca didn’t personally diagnose it even though the previous NP had multiple tests and records done to confirm it she would not prescribe the medicine that cures it. It’s not an addictive pain killer it’s simply gout medicine. So I was told to come in when I have a bad flare up and I would be seen immediately to confirm it again (for the third time). I did and they told me they couldn’t see me that day. Today was it for me. I called a few days before an appointment to reschedule and Tom told me I wasn’t even in the schedule even though I even got the automatic confirmation call. Then I got a letter in the mail informing me they were charging me for the missed appointment. I called and Tom answered the phone, quickly put me on hold and then transferred me to medical records. I called again and they said they would look into it and make a decision.
