Soft Shine Car Wash

This car wash used to be OK and quite affordable, but lately every time I've gone there at least some of the electric brushes seemed broken. On my last visit I complained about it to the cashier and asked for a discount since my car was only half-washed. She called the manager who first laughed at me, then generously offered me a $2.49 credit, and finally walked away. When I insisted on paying only half the price for a half-washed car the manager wrote down my plate numbers and yelled out ------ f**k you a***e, don't come back no more --- in front of several other customers and my own kids. Too bad there is no negative rating or a finger I could give them here.
