General Info: Dise Plastics Inc is a supplier of custom plastic trays for automation, material handling, packaging and storage applications. We have been working with Integrators and end users for 18 years to provide solutions to tray material handling problems. Many applications involve integrating our products with modular tray handler equipment.The molds are made of CNC machined aluminum to obtain precision pocket details. Accuracy of the pockets with respect to the location points on the trays walls is +/-.010". In most applications the plastic material used is ABS because it is dimensionally stable, and its high impact properties meet the demands of the industrial material handling and shipping environment.
