El Molcajete

From th first time I enjoyed a meal here I've been a loyal customer! I find an excuse to have a meal here. It's clean, the chip & salsa is good, portions are generous. True warm family feel! This is a real treat to me.

Served me a dish that was was way too spicy(I have had this dish countless times before,and I eat very spicy and have a high tolerance for heat) I was only able to take one bite and could not eat anymore, I let my server know and told her that I wanted to order something else because that dish was way too spicy, she took the plate away and this other lady came and said that if I ate it or not she was going to charge me for it because that's just how they do it, and that I should have known. I told her that I was only able to have one bite and that I should not have to pay for it because it is deathly spicy. She argued that she didn't care that she was going to charge me and that was it, talk about poor customer service. And it just totally messed up me and my families dinner :(. I would not recommend this place, because it's all about the customer service, our server was a sweet heart and apologized a million times and said she was so embarrassed and that she would not have charged me. I Would have given them zero stars but the server was Very sweet.
