Summer Pointe Apartments

Signed our lease for our 9th year!! It's reasonably priced for Norman!! Staff have been awesome since day 1!!

I gave this 1 star because it won't let me give it zero stars. If you like maintenance in your apartment at least once a week, a shady pool full of neighborhood kids, an expensive and ineffective laundromat, management who doesn't speak English, work outside your apartment all the time, a $50 jump in rent every year, your car broken into at least once, and no chance to get your deposit back no matter how much you clean, then live here. If not, don't even apply. Trust me. I thought it was a good deal at first, but it's not worth it in the end.
