This is one shady and rude agency for rentals. I just rang about their pet policy (none allowed) for rentals, and was verbally stamped down for asking "how would you ever know? She said, "oh, we have ways of finding out..." I asked what the entry notice is, she said "24 hours, with the exception of an 'emergency.'" I asked, "Do you have hidden cameras and microphones in your homes?" I was informed "I don't have to answer that." I then told her that spying on tenants is illegal. She babbled over me that the owner of Rieger Realty is an attorney (and probably a slimy one) then she hung up.
So consider that if you rent from these rectal specimens, they might watch you from inside your home and might be able to illegally make up an excuse to go into your home when you are gone under the disguise of "an emergency" which, in their definition, could mean anything. They might know what you are doing 24/7. Attorneys don't always follow the law, they often find ways around it in the form of loopholes.

Allowing safety hazards like broken windows to go unfixed after inclement weather. As a "reality" company you would expect more. For the amount of their rent you were charging it should not have been an issue to fix windows and other damages from storms.
