Their salespeople were exceptionally rude. Way worse than any other dealership I've ever been to, and there are some bad ones out there. I wouldn't buy anything from them.

BAD BAD BAD!!This place was the worst car dealership I have ever been to. The person who I talked to on the phone assured me that the car was there and he was looking at it. I drove over 2 hours to see this car and when I got there they didn't even have anything like it. The guy then made us drive over to the partner lot saying it was there and when we got there it was the same story.

STAY AWAY!!! Large selection but ZERO focus on quality. Car didn't even have an air filter! Flat tire 20 minutes after we bought the car because it had a patch that was leaking. Seriously. Took car back in to have them checked everything, just in case. Service mgr said it would cost us $100 to put it up on the rack to look at it. They claim to do a "120 point review" of every car w an oil change but don't bother to put a sticker in the car showing the service. When asked,, the service mgr said they were "too busy". Yeah, right. Too busy to even check to see if it has an air filter?! FRAUD!!!

Let me start by saying everyone we spoke with and or dealt with was very nice. We started out at Big Red Sports and Imports and they couldn't finance us I guess. So they sent us to here to Norman Mitsubishi and we were told that everything we agreed upon at big red would be the same payment wise get to the Mitsubishi lot and they told us our payments would be $4 more than first told. So we said okay. We do the paper work and everything on tuesday 11-4 and then we get a call to come back Monday because finance department needed new paperwork signed. So we go back to sign the new paperwork to find out our payments have went from $447 to $481 which is more than we wanted to pay. I love the new car but the payments a little to high even with a trade and rebates. Feeling mislead.

The car buying experience wasn't bad. JJ was a good salesman, not too pushy or anything and knew about the cars we looked at. The bad comes from the point when Mary, a sales manager, got involved. In an attempt to get my wife's approval, she offered my wife a detail and tank of gas for her car, and to borrow a car to go "shopping" or whatever. Less than 48 hours later, we came to redeem the detail. Upon arrival, my wife was told that she wasn't getting a car. Then after an hour and a half, we talked to the service dept. and they said that they had recently started the 1 hour detail. This was about 30 minutes after we were told that the detail was almost finished. So we just had them pull the car out of detail and then Mary decided to come out and try to say that she was just trying to be nice and had never said that we would get a car, also said that she never said we couldn't get a car!!! Also, I was told a day ago that I got a lower interest rate, and when I came in to sign the new paperwork, they said that they told the bank never mind because they wanted more of a down payment (they didn't ask if I wanted to go through with it). Also waiting on a spare key because they "lost" the original. Just to clarify, I'm not mad about how long the st l detail took. I'm mass about being lied to more than a few time... Right to my face.

I thought everyone at Norman Mitsubishi was 5 stars! Kind, considerate, and made me a great deal on my new car! They took my trade for a little more than I was hoping to get and I was able to buy a new car for a lower payment than my used car! I was a very happy customer!
