Dr Nicole Kish

Scheduled me last minute, then would not see me because I was 15 minutes late. Super unfriendly about it.

I am very disappointed in my recent visit for my teenage children. I have seen Dr. Kish for years and like her very much. My issue is the front desk staff being unprofessional. It is pretty bad when your 15 year old child is more mature than the employees, and your child points out how unprofessional they staff are acting in front of customers. It was a party behind the desk the entire time we were in the waiting room.



I then received an unexpected bill and called for explanation of the charges. I can accept that my insurance didn't pay and I know owe the amount. I CANNOT accept the unprofessionalism, regarding the responses I received when asking questions. Not to mention the conversations loud enough in the background to be overheard that they were seriously planning a party with invitations. The woman who answered the phone last, did not even bother to give the courtesy of a full sentence much less who she was when I am expected to give my credit card number over the phone.



I am very angry at the situation and honestly don't know if I will even bother to go back. If you are employed in a customer service position, you should be trained to handle your job and speak intelligently on the phone.



Out of respect for Dr. Kish, I would have like to address this with her ... however, her front desk employees did not want allow me this privilege. When asked if I could speak with Dr. Kish I was told I could complete a survey, where would I like it sent.



The more I think about it, the more angry I get!! I suggest everyone stay away from this organization and take your time and money where it will be appreciated.



If Dr. Kish is reading this I strongly suggest setting up a break room for personal conversations and keep the front desk professional.

Dr. Kish is very friendly and helpful! She truly cares about your eye care needs and listens to your concerns intently. I will be a return patient for sure!
