AT&T Store

I was in the store today.had a phone that was stolen .I had it locked and blocked and reported stolen.the person that helped me was unable to unlock the phone.because of a mac fee app on the phone.was told to take it to a service repair shop.but my 14 year old grandson unlocked it with no problem. The girl was very nice and helpful.just wanted to let you know .he now wants to work for att.

I had AT&T services. In trying to move and keep my services I encountered one problem after another. At one point a representative actually told me there was a "top secret" problem. It was really a facilities issue. It has been 8 weeks. Each week with a new problem. Today was my last attempt. One representative told me installation would be between 8-11. In following up today i was told between 1-3. The installer has yet to call so I believe I am done. There are other providers with faster service. Att is not worth the effort or lower price. I would not even give one star but you cannot submit a review without one
