The House of Muay Thai International

This is one of the best Muay Thai training centers I've seen around Virginia Beach. With dedicated instructors like Jake and the rest, this place can only grow. Since I started following the classes, I've experienced a lot of improvements in my attack and perseverance. Martial Arts Norfolk training offered at The House of muay Thai International is also legit thus developing fighters who can complete on international platforms. I also realized that joining the training isn't difficult, plus their charges are quite affordable. This is therefore a great platform for both those who would like to keep fit and those eyeing professional competitions in Muay Thai.

I have been training here for a year and a half and can't say enough about the quality of the instruction at The House. Whether you are interested in getting physically fit, learning a valuable skill, or competing, there is something for everyone. Highly recommended.

I enjoy THE HOUSE!! It is an exciting atmosphere regardless of skill level. There is a positive energy that is very welcoming to all. It is the best place to go for fitness or to your knowledge and training in the art of Muay Thai.

I travel about 1000 miles nearly once a month just to train and study with The House team and inside The Muay Thai University. I've been to a lot of gyms and they have something truly unique!

Amazing instruction and community. I will be here as long as they are. Everyone helping everyone, Weather you want to fight or just get in great shape this is your HOUSE. I have been there for almost 2 months and lost 25 pounds while gaining a better understanding for the art of Muay Thai. My home away from home.

Hand down the best gym in the area.Top Notch instructor,fantastic classes,and amazing atmosphere.These guys have a set a new standard! Buck and Jake are known for creating leaders and champions.It shows through their in depth knowledge of Muay Thai and their ability to convey it in a clear and concise way. I was also impressed bu their knowledge of the human body and how they applied it to create a safe and effective workout.The Fighter Fitness class is AWESOME.By the end I am completely exhausted but it's also a great way to keep drilling the basics and everyone always encourages each other.One of the first things I noticed when I walked into the gym was how welcoming everyone was. The House is full of great people!

The producer of quality…with instructions delivered by some great names in Muay Thai. I seriously needed Muay Thai Virginia Beach classes since I’d been out of session for about 3 months. After my first class I can confidently say that it’s way above the classes that I followed earlier. I’m sure that in just two months, I’ll be punching and kicking while also in even better shape.

I thought it would be difficult to partake of the classes, but I came to realize that they have everything for every level.

This is the first Muay Thai training I’ve been involved in. It has helped improve my physical fitness and that of my son too. The training is family friendly and is offered by real professionals who understand how to handle students of every level. The gym has got wonderful facilities that make it even easier for students to work on their physique and strength. I had earlier tried to secure Kickboxing Classes in Virginia Beach, but the team wasn’t as competent as the one at The House of Muay Thai.
