Good luck getting in touch with them!! The listed phone number goes to a foreign call center, where no one seems to understand what you need. When asked for the the number to the Norfolk store, I was given a number to a lighting company. If the only way I can do business with them is to drive to their location, that is too inconvenient. Overall, I would tell my friends to find another distributor, and only use them is there is no other choice.
