This place is CRAP! I had my car inspected here under a week ago and was told that my lower ball joints were bad and needed to be replaced immediately on my 2007 Dodge Caliber. My car was rejected and I was told this was going to cost $430. I'm so glad I got a 2nd opinion b/c the rule was changed WAY BACK in 2002 about the proper way to inspect this part of my car. The 2nd opinion said my car was perfectly legal and that he has no idea how Matt's has been re-certified if they don't know the rules, w/ re-certifications happening every three years. Matt's is a thieving place of business that is out to rip people off. Please everyone go to Gene's Transmission of Norfolk for ALL of your vehicle needs. They're amazing!
