Master Opticians

I chose this place because it is close to my home in Ghent and my vision insurance is accepted here.....those are the only good qualities that i can attest to. The receptionist Isabelle(??) was very helpful and pleasant and was great actually. So were Tasheika and her helper, all professional and nice, good stuff. The bad part is the "office manager" Mr. Millan. He is the son of the optometrist who owns the place and quite frankly im suprised he hasnt driven away all of their customers. He is pushy, smells odd, and tries to blow smoke up your bum with double talk and exorbitant price quotes....my insurance company is spectera so he proceeded to take out the "spectera box" which was full of unattractive glasses that I wasnt interested in. he told me that those were the only glasses covered by my insurance.... come to find out the republicas i wanted were also covered but hes a cheap *!%#$ and was trying to cheap me out of the glasses i wanted and a few bucks by stating my insurance wouldnt cover it(his sister Isablle said otherwise) his voice is grating and his social skills are of a 3 year old at best. I watched as he was chewed out by about 3 more customers who werent as nice as me and told him what they thought to his face. The other problem I had was there lack of stock on designer glasses.....i wanted prada but they didnt carry it..who doesnt carry prada?! go to foreyes on colley i would have if Spectera had covered it.
