Don't pay their bills when it comes to doing work for them. Had a contract/agreement and then when it came time to pay, they decided they would pay us in installments. Probably a great church, just be leary when asked to do work for them in the 5 digit dollar range....

Pastor Biangco will say the word "hate" more often in his sermons then the word love. Recently his sermons included ramblings about dealing with difficult members whom he does not want to deal with anymore.

His sermons give off a sense of hostility and scare off new comers from coming back. the only reason most members stay is because of the church members. they are the most warm and welcoming people you can ever meet. Pastor was also like that too but I guess dealing with wayward members in the past have made him more negative and senile at times.
