Edited review from what I felt was a 5 star experience to less than a 1 star experience! We were duped beyond belief. Given maintenance records that ensured us we were buying a good car for $2950 almost $3000. Only to find out not even a month later even though one of the records claimed that the exhaust manifold had been changed recently; we are now spending $750 to have the exhaust manifold changed out. Had a diagnostic test done and also found out the fuel line had been knicked. Instead of the line being replaced it was plugged. The catalytic converter needs replacing and the O2 sensor is bad. Had the OWNER NOT CLEARED THE CODES showing that the car had issues meaning making it so it didn't have an engine light on then we would have been aware we were looking at spending what has now been a total of $4100 including the price of the car. I know buying used cars it means things will need to be fixed that's a given but I should be able to made aware of what exactly needs to be fixed instead of tricked into buying a vehicle under the pretense I was under. THE ONLY REASON I KNOW THE OWNER CLEARED THE CODES BY THE WAY IS BECAUSE WHEN MY BOYFRIEND CALLED TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER ABOUT WHAT IS OCCURING- THE OWNER VERBATIM SAID I CAN CLEAR THE CODES FOR YOU. Please explain to me how that helps other than making it pass inspection!? Which obviously that is how you got this car we bought for AGAIN SPECIFICALLY $2950 BUT almost $3000 I'M ROUNDING UP BECAUSE SERIOUSLY THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS. The owner is a crook and I highly recommend going to a legit dealership if you're looking to buy a used car and spend at least $5000 to get a better experience. I know not everyone has that budget which is how places like this stays in business. I'm in a horrible situation needing to move which is why I bought a car at the price I chose for this reason NOW I'm not able to get everything I need because this owner is a LIAR AND A FRAUD!
