The groomer is over a 30 year groomer and has never mishandled any pet! In fact he can Handel pets that most can't! Some people do not know or understand the workings of pet grooming. There are times when a client baby's there pet to the point if almost impossible to Handel the pet! Wendy! Lighten up! Mr Johnson is a highly respected groomer in the industry and would never harm any animals! I drive 2 hours or get my dog groomed and would not let anyone else touch my dogs! Thanks.

I've taken my golden retriever there a few times for grooming and have been thoroughly pleased with the service. They treat "Opie" like family. They are gentle, compassionate and reasonably priced. So glad to have a hometown groomer who takes such good care of our dog.

Need to find a new groomer I guess. I've taken my dog twice since new owners to get her nails clipped. The first time, the guy drug her by her neck to the back room where he snipped her quick (which happens), but was unapologetic. The second time his wife did her, but I saw him being being rough with another dog, saying "you'd better behave". No way I will ever bring my dog back, which is too bad because it was close to my house.
