Coastal Care ~ Caring for loved ones

We hired Costal Care to care for my Mom after my Dad passed, and at first they seem like it was going to be a good thing, great sales team which went down hill very fast. Caregiver, would come late, leave early, but invoice was for more hours than the total working hours. Twice my Mom was waiting for the caregiver to show up at 7:30 (note we didn't want her "caregiver" there so early but that time worked better for the caregiver so we went with that time) those 2 time my my Mom missed breakfast which stop serving at 9:30. How can anyone just leave a 95 year old hanging without calling me to let her know, they were told to notify me with ANY changes. They notify me on a Friday to tell me they had no caregiver for coverage at all for my Mom, and would get back to me when they found someone, and the best part is they texted that to me, not even a phone call, whats one to do when you live 1200 miles away. I could write so much more but I'll stop, so please for your love ones don't go through what we did, it was one of the most stressful experiences of my life....

This company took excellent care of my father. It was many years ago but I remember the caregivers very fondly.
