Riverwalk Commons

The first thing I noticed about this community was the residents smiling and laughing with the staff. Everyone is friendly and has made me feel right at home. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a senior home.

Riverwalk Commons (now called Five Star Residences of Noblesville) is a fantastic place for seniors that includes independent living, assisted living, and memory care. I have known several people that work there as well as several residents. They all speak highly of the community and the staff truly care about the residents' health and happiness. The building is beautiful and cozy and has a very homey atmosphere.

Their are a few staff members that do good direct care but for the most part the facility is a big disappointment. What is billed as a top notch caring center needs to care for itself. They neglect patients,won't change them and talk a good game while delivering sub-par care or out right ignore residents. Questions or complaints go unanswered by management and phone calls are not returned. Be careful of this place as they play fast and loose with residents and their money. The overall rating is completely unacceptable. The only reason I gave 1 star was because the system required one.
