        Overall

        I called this company for furnace repair, they said they would have a tech call me. I waited a couple of days and when I didn't hear from them, I went to the office on Hannibal St. There wasn't anyone there, but there is a chaulk board there. I left my number and said my furnace was down and asked them to call. Waited a few more days and heard nothing. I called Carrier Heating and Cooling and a repairman was there in less than two hours and fixed it. I never did hear from North Suburban. Zero ratings for them! My kids and were cold and waited needlessly.
