Mufflers & More

I've always been extremely pleased with the work done here. Their prices are great - much less than going to a dealership. They had a hard time resetting the computer on my wife's BMW but otherwise no complaints.

Took my daughters truck back to Muffler and More since they did such an awesome job the first time! Had a loud rattle noise this time. Had the tie rod ends replaced, new alignment, front and rear diff seals replaced, and front pinion seal replaced. Picked up the truck and still had the rattle noise. Took it back and Luke went for a ride with me and was able to let him hear the sound. Luke replaced the front wheel bearing as he noticed that was also making a noise. Luke drove the truck again and still had the noise so he took off the front drive shaft and ordered a new one took the truck for a drive and still had the noise. Luke put it back on the lift and searched till he found the exhaust heat shield was loose. Tightened the heat shield down. No more noise. This shop goes out of their way to make their customers happy. I'll keep taking my daughters truck there every time. Be sides the customer service they have always beaten any other prices I've had quoted for the same work. EXCELLENT SHOP!!!

A good friend of mine who is a mechanic(10years), refered me to this shop saying theyve never done me wrong, after having him come to replace the donut gasket on the inlet pipe from my cat to my rear fire wall( whatever you call it) the screw broke in half, so i called Mufflers and more and made an appointment the next day 8am, i only askd for the cost of replacing the donut gasket he said $70, I take my 1993 Chevy 5.7L V8 C1500 in to them and just hung out with them, telling them the whole story, THEY REPLACED THE GASKET, FIXED THE FLANGE THAT HAD BROKEN OFF THE END OF THE PIPE SAVING ME $120 ON AN NEW PIPE, FIXED THE BROKEN OFF BOLTS AND I ASKD THEM TO SPOT/TACK WELD MY NEW FLOWMASTER KIT, NOT ONLY ARE THEY NICE COOL GUYS, THE ONLY CHARGED ME $50!!!! I ENDED UP GIVING THEM $60 SAYING TIP THAT GUY THE $10 CHANGE THAT FIXED MY CHEVY IN 30 MINS!! The Chevy is back to Purring with my flowmaster, couldn't be happier with the service or price, I suggest if you are getting your car worked on to hang out or atleast watch what they do, It is your vehicle which Idk about anyone else but I baby mine, there not cheap to fix
