I had Ladwalk replace a roof that was damaged by hail and they provided a 2 year labor warranty with the project. During the very heavy rain this spring I noticed a small leak on the ceiling in our bedroom. I tried 4 times over 4 days to get a response from Ladwalk with no luck until the angry reply from a company representative question why I was angry after not getting any reply for help for my leaking roof! The owner was belligerent and combative in his response. He offered no helpp so I had several other roofing companies come out to do an estimate. Turns out that the Ladwalk roofers did not install flashing behind a trim board and the heavy rain resulted in the leak due to this part of the roof not being installed properly. I had to pay several hundred dollars to have this issue resolved.

During the repair process I have tried to contact Ladwalk multiple times with no response from my voice mail messages. Bottom line DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not stand by their warranty.
