Star Lighters Dance Studio

I've had a very pleasant experience at this school. I only use the music lessons aspect of the school, but used to take ballroom dancing with my wife and we had a lot of fun. Really knowledgeable staff. Fun teachers. :-)

Friendly people and environment. Offers guitar and piano lessons too. Go here if you're looking for people who really know what they are teaching.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this studio!!! This place is fantastic! Talented instructors, clear schedule information, lots of classes, great to answer questions, and so easy to work with. I have gone to other dance schools in the area and they were fine, but none of them worked with me the way the people at Starlighters do. The whole place just has a good vibe. I especially appreciate how willing they are to answer my questions (I always have a few! I hate to jump to the wrong conclusion). And they answer all of them; from billing, to class info, to foot position. I think the extra care they show in their students really sets them apart from anyone else.

The studio has comminucation issues that need desperately to be resolved. They may offer tons of class times but don't be fooled they will tell you whatever you want to hear and when you want to hear it. I would take your money elsewhere because you will certaintly be spending lots of it (as with any dance studio I'm sure) but at least take it to a studio that will give you what you signed up for and not change it mid game. You won't be allowed to take your own video of your child at the recital you've paid upwards of $200 or more for. And you will have the pleasure of being "greeted" and have your questions answered by their LOVELY (note the sarcasm) front desk lady. Every question you ask she treats as though you've bothered her immensly and usually doesn't really ever answer your question. Oh, and also be prepared to have random charges on your credit card show up during your enrollment with this studio. They will have no idea why they are there or how they got there. So be sure to check your statement regurally. Even if you aren't on autopay. This was one of the most problematic studios ever. Heed this warning and go elsewhere!
