I went to this salon for the first time and asked for a simple haircut, and a deep condition. I never got my condition, and the stylist made my hair look BAD; It was very choppy and uneven. I just needed a trim when I came in, now a need a total hair makeover. She didn't know what she was doing, did the complete opposite of everything I asked, and damaged my hair follicles while washing my hair, so now I have frizz issues. She was very rude, and so were her managers and co-workers. I been going to salons for 10 years, and have never had a problem like this.
