Chase Bank

this branch is ridiculously overpacked. there's always a line to the door. it doesnt matter what day i come in, there is always a line, a long line. one or two of the staff are nice but not all. there's a line for "business transaction" and when the last person there was done, i was called over to that line but i looked at her and pointed to the "business transaction". she laughed and said it's ok. when i got to her and told her what i needed to do, she pointed me to customer service. what's the point of that? i was already skeptical at first but she indicated that it was ok for me to go to her. waste of time! they don't run efficiently. i hate going into this branch but have no choice as it the only one closest to where we live.
