Took my car their for "routine service" Price estimate was $3,000. Um, a little bit much for a checkup. There was a problem with the stereo, they said i needed a new one for $250. I went home, took the radio out, found a penny inside that was causing shorts, and put it back in. Took me 45 minutes to fix it, 15 minutes to diagnose the problem. I am certain they never looked at it.

Provided by SuperpagesI recently purchased a Subaru Forester from Bill at Rafferty Subaru. It was a great experience. Everybody at the dealership was extrememly friendly and helpful. Rafferty isn't the closest dealer to my house, but they had the biggest inventory online and the most competetive pricing so it was worth the drive.

They know Subaru; they make you feel special and,most importently, they are HONEST!!
After getting the run around from my local Subaru dealer, I picked up the phone and called several other dealers. Rafferty Subaru stood out from the rest. They were very easy to work with, were up front and honest, gave me the exact price I wanted (no wheeling and dealing), gave me the trade-in value I had to have, and met my price on the extended warranty, plus there were no hidden fees or add-ons, it was perfect. All this with a very laid back and thoughtful approach, no pressure. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We ordered our car and Subaru's manaufacturer time is 6-8 weeks, Rafferty was able to get the order through in 3 weeks! They have been in business for over 25 years and they have tons of Subaru's in stock. I highly recommend them and will buy from them in the future.
