        Overall

        Mr V. in the Newton office is arrogant, sarcastic & has NO manners. He's coughing w/out covering his mouth & after coughing up...into his hand..he spit into the garbage can. How nasty & what an abuse of his position in dealing with the very SICK & DISABLED public!
