Game On

Wow, Never felt so unwelcome in any store. I have only been to this location twice. First time I had my work clothes on the second I have nice clothes. I only returned the second time because I had convinced myself that it was because I looked grungy. The staff seemed to be on both sides of the aisle watching like hawks and following me around as if I was going to steal an empty DVD case. Never once did any of the staff say Hi or ask if they could help me find something. I've been in the other location in Hutch and loved the place figured I would try this one since it was closer to home. Maybe they were just trying to do a good job? Sure ... and it would not feel uncomfortable if you were in a bookstore aisle looking at books when the staff was hovering over you moving the books you just looked at back into place and watching your every move.
Dude, take 2 steps back it's called personal space. I get having a good looking but would it have made any difference if you move it back RIGHT NOW or in 1 min after the potential customer has left that region? You would think everyone would know the answer to that question. The manager didn't nor did he care to listen to someone who wanted to give outside constructive criticism and wanted to do business at this location. I will never be back. I'm sure any store owner Jeff Boll would not want to decrease sells in order to make the store organized now vs in a few minutes after the customer has left the area.
Customer service is relatively simple.
1. Say "Hello" when someone comes in.
2. "Can I help you find something?"
3."Let me know if I can be of assistance."
4. "Thank you for your business. Come again"
5. When you are not helping customers straighten aisles that customers are not currently looking at.
Pretty simple.

Great place to buy games! I usually shop at gamestop but this place is way better. They don't have the card program that gamestop has to earn points, but the stuff is cheaper. They also have a huge selection of older consoles and games for really good prices.
