        Founded in 1961, Solomon Schechter Day School of Greater Boston is a coeducational Jewish day school that serves more than 500 students in grades kindergarten through eight. The school offers its outdoor fields, indoor gymnasiums, multipurpose rooms and classrooms on rent for sports leagues and summer camps. The school s after-school care program includes a variety of structured hands-on classes in visual arts, dramatic arts, science, crafts and games. Solomon Schechter Day School of Greater Boston s special programs include Domino Physics, Olympics Day, field trips to George s Island and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology museum and holiday celebration programs.
