        Not responsive to customer needs

        My order is two weeks overdue. I've called three times for an update and still don't have my order. They just keep telling me to call back tomorrow in a condescending tone. So frustrating.

        I have recommended this place ...

        I have recommended this place to friends and totally disagree with the person who wrote a negative review. These guys are brothers, they know their business, and I find them low key and easy to work with. Completely satisfied with the glass work they have done for me. And their prices are better than other local vendors.

        This is the worst glass company ever! Owners are difficult, not customer oriented and dishonest. They provide the lowest quality work we have ever seen. Do not contract this company for any glass work.
