An elegant store in keeping with its location. The sales person was very helpful and very prompt at responding to e-mailed questions. I purchased three Hidalgo rings. The sales person took their time in determining the exact fit and size, provided samples to look at and thoroughly explained the process. We could not be more satisfied and pleased with the selection, service and secure delivery since we do not live in Newport. We would and will make our next purchase from Grenon's Of Newport. We strongly recommend them.
