By far NTELOES IS THE WORST CELL PHONE COMPANY EVER! After the company telling us they would call us back within 24 hours and it being two day later no phone call returned, they admitted they do not have good coverage in our calling are and it would cost too much to put up towers where we live and a work order was put in then with-in 15 hours no phone call from them saying the work order was complete.

Ok there’s two people on the account and the main person my boyfriend is in the military and lives on base (we asked them when we got our phones do we get coverage in our area)……they said “yes” we also share towers. Two months after having our service we received several problems missed calls, poor connection, dropped calls etc. Enough is enough we finally went into the store after waiting on our returned (no phone call) and speaking with TECK support (DJ) he was nice but he didn’t resolve anything and still didn’t return our phone call after saying he would help us.

So two days later I (being the 2nd person on the line) spoke with Gloria. She was awful (could careless) she informed me that my CXL policy was out of the 14days. I told her I didn’t even have problems till two months later! With our work schedules it’s hard to speak with someone in person because if I call “611” we have to stand outside to talk with them because of our dropped calls. This is a nightmare they are not available 24hours they probably work the 9-8 shift just like (me and my boyfriend) so us making time to call is the worst.
