        John Spears Landscape concentrates in the Hardscaping portion of the industry. Our services range on a fairly broad scale, from spreading mulch and annual plantings to full scale installations including most construction aspects of landscaping, often referred to as hardscaping. Maintaining a high standard of customer service is a goal I have had since I started this business. After working for various larger landscaping operations I found that in the landscaping field there are many services a company can offer, but in the small business world many business owners can often outgrow their ability to maintain high quality customer service and the demand for attention to detail that this industry requires. As a customer of mine you can be assured that we really do rely on your complete satisfaction. We take pride in every aspect of the project you have contracted us to do. Many times there are details that as professionals, we will automatically take care of. This automated response comes from a combination of training, experience, and also a conscience in always doing honest business.

        Dissatisfied Customer

        Terrible service after the completion of pond project. Will not honor warranty. I have been trying to get this contractor back out to my home for a year now to repair a bad leak in my pond. He keeps promising that he will come assess the problem, but never shows up. Typical contractor. Once they get their check, they blow you off.
