Was there today, we waited seeing the staff was busy but someone walked in after we did, guess they knew the staff and jumped ahead of us...left without anyone saying anything to us as if we did not exist. Not just bad, but inexcusable. We will never bother to visit again and we are serious shoppers.

Purchased a hot tub from this location and couldn't be happier!! The sales staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company and their products to my friends.

My experience purchasing a pool from Jason at East Coast Leisure was fantastic. There was a problem with the pool that was delivered to me and it only took one phone call to have it picked up and a replacement brought to me in time for installation. Jason called me several times afterward to ensure I was satisfied and to ensure everything went well with the delivery and installation. Also, I appreciate his salesmanship in talking me into spending a few more dollars for the better pool. The one he recommended will out live me. Great customer service and great people at East Coast Liesure.

East Coast Leisure is a company which fails to stand behind their product after product is sold. We bought an umbrella from this company and the lights in the umbrella fail to operate. I was told by a salesperson that i needed to contact manufacturer,Treasure Garden, concerning the issue. The warranty is stated by the mfg. that any issues on purchases need to be returned to dealer. East Coast failed to honor such warranty.
