106 Massage Therapy, Terri Terry LCMT

So a few years ago, my husband and I moved here to VA. We both enjoy massages and like to get 4 or more a month. We stumbled upon a Groupon for 106 Massage and met Terri. Terri was very nice and professional. She listened to what we needed and what we were looking for in our session. We knew we came to the right place! Terri has an amazing touch and she is very knowledgable about the body and she gives you advise about how to help what ails you after you leave her. You won't be disappointed with Terri.

I was given a gift certificate to 106 Massage for a 90 minute massage, when booking the massage I called and left a voicemail for the owner letting her know that I would be needing a couple massage, because my boyfriend would be accompanying me. I didn't receive a response from her until two days later, I was given an appointment three weeks out from the date I was contacted. When the date approached we went to her studio and knocked multiple times, called an left 3 messages, and proceeded to wait in our cars hoping that she would respond or open her locked studio. We stayed outside of her studio for over a half hour, finally one of her employees came to the door, looking like she had just woken up from a nap and told us that the owner had put us in for the following week. So ofcourse, we were upset because we didn't exactly live close then she told us to call and leave the owner a voicemail to tell her how upset we were. So we called that day, and the owner did not call us back until 9:30 pm two days later and offered us extra services so we could come back that Saturday. Today was supposed to be our appointment, I reached out to her twice two hours before the appointment so I could confirm and she didn't call us back until what would have been 20 minutes into our massage session.



If you want to be disappointed and called back whenever is convenient for Ms.Terry, than you would love this place.
