Ben Iserhien is a founding Partner of the firm, and has been in law practice since 1992. He specializes in large complex litigation, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder actions, bankruptcies, foreclosure defense, taxation, and immigration. He also specializes in assisting corporations and high net worth investors with debt negotiations and restructuring. He previously worked as a contract attorney on the Boeing and McDonald Douglas merger for Howrey & Simon, and the Raytheon and Hughes merger for White & Case. Mr. Iserhien also worked at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, Latham & Watkins, and Bank of America.

Krystina earned her Juris Doctor degree, with a concentration in business law from Whittier Law School. As a law student, she actively participated in Moot Court competitions. She also served on the Whittier Law Review for two years; one of those years as a Notes and Comments Editor. While in law school, Krystina volunteered as a student attorney for the Public Law Center, providing legal assistance to low income clients. She also volunteered as an advocate for detained juveniles at the Los Padrinos Juvenile Hall, ensuring the protection of the detained juveniles’ civil rights. Her legal training includes studies at Cornel Law School and the Universite Paris Sorbonne.
