In-take personal although they appear to be friendly, can be dismissive. When I asked Annette if the machines were cleaned prior to me taking the puff of air test, she replied yes. I noticed a few specks of something on the the chin rest but, I placed my chin in the rest based on her response. Once I removed it, the specks of dirt were gone. Obviously on my chin! :-( When I noted it to her, she just moved right along the other part of the interview. Rude and nasty! The doctor, however cleaned the machine once I entered the room and was professional and knowledgeable. Support staff leave a lot to be desired.

The only professional and polite person here was the receptionist! The eye exam took literally no more than 3 minutes. Of course when I got the contacts, I couldn't see out of them! I go back a few weeks later for a recheck, they couldn't even find my chart. How do you do a recheck if you don't know what my prescription is? They ordered my a different pair. It will take 10-14 days for them to come in . The 10th day I call... they give me the run around. They were never ordered!! Then told me it was my fault!! I went there at the beginning of Feb. and here it is almost April and I still have no contacts!! Asked for a refund and will be gladly to go somewhere else!!! Rudest people I have ever dealt with!!

This place is a joke, we showed up 5 min late for a 4:30 appt and they told us they would have to reschedule for 5:10. We were not seen until after 6:00. Are you kidding me? Then they over charge us for some bogus test without asking if we want it. Never go here

The exam was great. We got two pair of glasses for $70. Problem is 4 months later and both pairs broke on the metal that holds the arm on. I called and they said there is nothing they can do.

i'm not sure HOW exactly this happened. BUT my two pair of glasses for $69. turned out costing me $361.00!!! i was not prepared for that at all!

While the lady that waited on me & helped me pick out the frames was very polite and nice, she couldn't tell me why they were so expensive. I told her i wanted the basic basic! i was/am on a tight budget and 400$ for glasses was not in the plans. She could only say that that's how they are. why? still not sure. i know i got the transitions on 1 pair of them. she said all the frames were the same price. i suggested that i only get 1 pair of glasses to cut the price. she informed me if i did that then i'd have to pay for the eye exam $60..

so if anyone knows how or why the price was so different from that that was advertised....

NICE PEOPLE THOUGH, REALLY LIKED THEM. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT! just the pricing was very misleading.....was hoping to save money by driving the 1.75 hrs to get there.
