Patz Driving School

I wish I could rate them with no stars. I had a very terrible experience going through this school to get my retraining class. I attended and paid for the class and within a month after the class, the DMV was still putting my license up for suspension. I called Patz Driving School to see why my information was not sent over. The lady i spoke to on the phone was very rude immediately telling me I didn't attend and that there was nothing she could do to help me. She was very rude to me telling me she doesn't care if I attended or not. I wasted 4 hours in that class to get no credit for it, very poor customer service, and no refund for their mistake in loss of paperwork. If you would like to take a day off from work to waste 4 hours in a class you will get no credit for and have to redo, Patz is the place for you.

What do you get when you combine an incompetent staff, a poor learning environment, and material that would make father time himself shrug in disbelief, you get Patz driving school. Stay away at all costs!

Very poor school: very poor attitude. They feel they are doing a help by taking money and teaching people. Please avoid this school even if that means u have to pay extra money somewhere else.

The person dealing, doesnt bother to even scream on customers if irritated due to no reason. He is CRAZY, all the time yelling to the trainees.

I would not recommend for this CRAZY Driving school. STAY AWAY !!!
