This place is nightmare! Cut was WRONG! Hole for stove was too small. Called store; Amy told husband Rocco would call back. Waited 3 days (couldn't use kitchen), raised Holy Hell. Overhang on one side of l-shaped counter was 1/4''; other was 3/4''. Rocco said he would work on my schedule-remove one piece at seam, cut off 1/2'' return; install same day. Called Amy to set apt Fri. Workers come Fri, remove counters, cut piece, clean seam return them Mon, leaving w/o kitchen for weekend. Wasn't what Rocco said; said had to speak with him. Tried to-he wasn't there; Enzo was, my "deal" wasn't with him, didn't want to speak with me? Had to take time off work to have counters fixed. Workers arrived; attempted to remove 1 piece; grind seam in house-ARE YOU KIDDING? Returned with slab, husband measured overhang-2" and 3/4".Solution-slide second piece off wall so hole for sink would be off? Lost foot of counter, never reimbursed; not compensated for frustration, loss of kitchen use/nightmare.
