        I was in your resturant and wa...

        I was in your resturant and was very disturbed at how your shift manager acted. She behaved very badly not to mention her behavior toward other employee's. If you are going to have management they should be there to make an example to others and to make sure the shift is run proper and professionally. If I were the owner or upper management I would NOT have some one of this caliber working for me. I would think you would want maturity and manners present not rudeness and child like behavior. Is it proper to tell an employee you can hardly wait to either get them fired or fire them yourself? If you can't control yourself you should never be in charge of others. Not to mention making faces at customers rolling your eyes and just looking nasty all together. I would hope you could find someone better to be in charge of your store, in this area that jobs are not available. I believe her name was Malisha, or something to that effect. I was just surprised at this behavior. I sure hope if i ever come by your mcdonalds again that i do not find this kind of behavior. People do not want this while they are eating
