I went to there today to get my shih tzus bathed and groomed, don't look like they even cut much hair off my dogs except for a little around the top of the head and a little around the paws don't think they even got their toenails trimmed, and I had to pay 35 a dog for just that plus a bath hell I could of done that myself, I used to go there but then they had another employee who I didn't care for as my male didn't like her but decided to try them again and this time sorry to say I will be looking again for another groomer, hate paying that much money for not even a trim and a bath. a trim would be head, paws and their genitial area and they didn't even get that. Not a happy camper and its shame cos when Jenna 1st opened it was a good business to go to and I agree with Jim T Jenna will see a decline in her business cos noone wants to pay that much for just a bath and hardly a haircut

Don't ask too many questions, or stand up for your pet's best interest at Jenna's with "new to us employee" Was her name Amber?...
I do not believe that Jenna wrote the reply to my review. I believe the response was written by the same person that was dismissive and out right rude to my wife on one occasion and myself on another. The reference to
Jenna's is a great place....or WAS a great place.
The following is my opinion(s).
If you go there specify Jenna.....recently there has been a RUDE and Abrasive new to my wife and myself groomer.
Don't you hate it when you spend 35.00 and your puppy is full of hair? Your car interior is a hair ball from a clipping and loose hair left on the puppy.
Choppy and uneven cut. I was told by the (new to me groomer) that she had never had trouble with any other customer. Well, that's no longer a true statement is it?
Jenna will see a decline in her customer base due to this NEW groomer. That is sad because Jenna is a great person and a great groomer. I'm always for the little business person.
Again Jenna is a sweet nice person, too bad. Latter after the incident, I found out that my wife who everyone gets along with, had a similar experience when she talked with this same New to us Groomer, about the last haircut our puppy received at this same salon..the new girl was snippy and when we went to make an appointment the new to us girl decided to book us out three weeks, really...really....three weeks you can see most dr.'s before that......just saying....too many others to visit and select from...I guess it's another case of small business grows and looses something that made it special...and when from our perspective, you make bad choices in employees..that eventually catches up with the bottom line financially, at least that's the way we experienced it.....think before you go there..After we left and went to work with a community shelter, we were informed by a phone call from another Jenna client that "new to us employee" had been overheard making snotty remarks, and named us by name, really... really...due to this and only this...I fear for our puppy's safety now...If you can't defend the message attack the messenger seems to be the response of "Amber"....Jenna needs to address this, not attack a great customer that never had a problem with jenna. Amber you might read your reply and ask yourself who is slandering who? First amendment allows for Opinions and free speech. By the way Charlie agrees with us, Charlie likes Jenna, not so much you.

I take all 5 of my dogs to Jenna's. I'm completely satisfied with the level of service Jenna's provides me. They even volunteer their time to groom rescue dogs free. They are always friendly and flexible with my schedule, and my pets enjoy their spa day.

I LOVE Jenna's and have used her regularly for my personal dogs and for my rescue's dogs - which they don't charge us to groom/bathe by the way. Pretty darn awesome if you ask me! Their entire staff is always very nice and helpful, and has squeezed in my big, black Labbie on occasion to help me out in a bind. Which I certainly appreciate! They're the kind of small business that I love and will continue to use and recommend to friends and family. They truly love and care for the dogs they groom and it shows!
