I first came to Pure Bliss in the summer of 2015 when I was newly engaged. I was not sure what to expect as this was my first time dress shopping. From the first time I called to set up an appointment I felt comfortable with my decision to use Pure Bliss! I loved the consultant we worked with. She made me feel so comfortable and made for a great experience! We went back a few months later and actually got all of our bridesmaid dresses and tuxes from them as well. Every time I had to call or email I felt like I was talking to a friend- so pleasant and there to address any and all of my concerns and questions. I was just married this September and I truly LOVED my dress, the bridesmaid dresses and the tuxes!! I wish I could wear my gown again! The alterations were perfect and it fit me so well. Best part- my husband said I looked BEAUTIFUL! For anyone who is looking for a great experience at a local bridal shop please use this store! You will be happy you did.

They truly know their stuff and are just the nicest, kindest people you will ever encounter. Wedding planning is stressful, and gown shopping should not be. Take it from one very satisfied customer and make the drive to Newburyport. You will not be disappointed! The staff was very helpful and patient in helping me look for wedding dresses! They have a beautiful selection of wedding dresses to choose from.

I kept an open mind and definitely fell in love with some gowns! My mom, sister and bridesmaid came along and there was plenty of room for all of us. We were in the larger couch/mirror with platform area, Instantly I found gowns that I loved and by the end of my appointment I put down a deposit!! My consultant was super sweet and not pushy at all. She got a feel for what style I liked and pulled the perfect wedding dress for me. She even reached out to me to follow up because she really wanted me to have that dress and was willing to throw in the belt and include some special alterations in with regular alterations for no additional cost. I just simply love this shop!
