Punderson State Park

This is a small state park that offers, fishing and boat rentals, camping, swimming, lodging and walking trails. It's not as big as some of your bigger metroparks, and it can get very crowded in the summer time, but there is plenty to do if you want to camp for a weekend or you can rent cabins or stay in the manor house. In the summer there is swimming/boating in the lake and in the winter you can sled down the big hill or ice fish.
