We had bees coming in the house so I called around for prices. I went with the lowest price company. A guy came out with a beat up ripped tee shirt, sprayed around my door with a small can and I payed him. That night the bees came in by the hundreds. I called the company back and I was told no one could was available and I should wait a few days. My sister referred me to Hollenbeck. I called at 930pm, they stated they still had 2 trucks on the road and they would send them to my house. Two very nice knowledgable men show up in white bee suits. They made a hole in my wall removed the nest and the bees. I have never experienced such professionalism. I just feel compelled to tell my story so others don't make the same mistake and waist money. As a new homeowner I wanted to be sure to cover all the basis before moving in. The home inspector gave me the thumbs up. But about a two weeks in my new home I noticed a large amount of termites in my basement. A friend recommended Hollenbeck Pest Control and I was very impressed by their knowledge and the thorough explanation for the type of work that needed to be performed. I would highly recommend them. They got rid of my termites and I signed up for their seasonal service plan, which I believe is reasonable. Hollenbeck came to save the day! With a new baby and my families crazy schedule we could never get a chance to get a professional to our home and get rid of our squirrel problems. I had bees coming in and out of my ventilation system. I tried using many cans of raid but all I did was damage my sheet rock. I never called for pest control before so I called Terminix first. The Terminix tech came ready to spray around the house when I showed him the reason I called he said my problem was to complicated for him and that's not something they do. So I asked If he could recommend a company that could fix my problem. Without hesitation he recommended Hollenbeck pest control. I called Hollenbeck and within an hour or so 2 techs showed up. They put on bee suits, dismantled my ventilation system removed the bees and put everything back together like they do it everyday. These guys are the pros even their competitors recommend them. Well I cant give out my name its just to embarrassing but I am more than pleased with my experience with the Hollenbeck crew. I had an on going problem with bed bugs and black ants. I tried everything I could to get rid of them. I spent hundreds on powders and sprays. Nothing seemed to work. I called three different companies and received three different prices. One company just wanted to sign me up for this year contract and didn't even come out. The other company was kinda creepy, showed up in a truck with scary flames all over it, didn't seem to know much about bed bugs and very expensive. I liked Hollenbeck because they seemed to have the most knowledge about my problem. The price was reasonable and they walked me through step by step. After one treatment I can sleep again. These guys deserve a shout out.

I just bought my home in Newburgh NY. After a month or so I found carpenter ants throughout my home. I called Hollenbeck and they solved my problem that day. Customer service, response, and service was outstanding. I signed up for a year round protection plan to prevent any future problems. Mr. Hollenbeck is not only my favorite bug man but my new friend.
