        Overall

        Took 2 days for him to first initially get back to me. He set an appointment for a Saturday at 2. He never called to cancel or showed up. Finally called 4 hours later but didn't leave message. Obviously isn't too worried about picking up business or customer service. Will not consider for any future jobs or recommendation.

        Dustin, we are very sorry for any unsatisfactory service we provided. We have reviewed our records and noticed that our notes show our appointment to be anytime after 2 on Saturday. We usually call to notify the customer that we are en route which is why we called a few hours after 2. We are truly sorry for not getting it right; sorry for misunderstanding the time of our appointment. We appreciate your feedback and want you to know we value our customers and their satisfaction.
