        Concord Apartments is a joke!!!!!

        The managment there is horrible, the tenants are disrespectful and do nothing but start problems for evryone, and managment Linda Garman sides with them, and picks favorites. She harrasses right along with them. If you are a needy family and need a nice low income place to live, Concord apartments is NOT the place you want to be, expecially with your children.
