Apartments at Fox Run

This place is awesome. Can't say enough about them from management to maintenance. It is a nice community where the rules are enforced. You should not have moved there if you don't like going by rules. I was raised to obey the rules. It is a higher class more elite type of community. What you see is what you get? There rates are reasonable for the type of apartment and community you get. And as far as them taking your money. Aren't you living in their apartment. I think you owe them rent, so they are not taking anything from you? I love it here! Kudos to all the staff!

Management is horrible here!! The manager complains about every little thing and there is a huge issue with visitor parking. You basically have no rights at all. They don't seem to care about your well being, they just want your money. There is no hurry when it comes to the occupant needing help but when management wants something, it gets done right away. I would not recommend living here to anyone.

They are so nice to you at first then after they get your money its down hill from there. There are alot of fishy rules and regulations here. As far as visitor parking goes they make a big deal if u have anyone stay in the parking space longer than 2-3 hours. They say no maintence is to be done on ur vehicle at the complex which is just sad really.They threatened you with towing of those vehicles. They tell you what kind of curtains your allowed to have. They say no more than 2 chairs are allowed on your porch. Your allowed to to fly your sports team flag only on game day and it must be taken right down. Maintence just puts bandages on things as well. The manager is no good as well. Shey go around threatening people about trash cans being out to long. They tell you how many plants u can have and also the height of a bird feeder. Since i have been here i am constantly being houned by management but when i need something done it is brushed off or the manger states thats unfornutetly. Only good thing about this place is its new. I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up. Not worth it as i can not enjoy life because there always making new rules up.
