Pizza Hut

I'll start by saying the Newark, NY Pizza Hut is very consistent. In this case, that is NOT a good thing. Once again, there was only one (1) waitress to serve everyone there. Our waitress was very nice, however she was overwhelmed and couldn't come close to keeping up. This was not here fault, as most times we have eaten there, they were understaffed, with the same results. She knew it and apologized. Our dinner ended just short of half-way through our pizza, when my wife found the hair in the pizza. I then waited ten (ten) minutes to pay my bill (only 2nd in line) and figured my comments would be better directed to upper management or someone other than the cashier, as he did not even ask if we had enjoyed our dinner. If Pizza Hut is supposed to hold owner/operators to certain standards anymore, they must not visit the Newark location. If they did, they would find many issues, from service to appearance.
