Tall Oaks Classical School

This is a great K to 12 school. There is an amazing Christian culture. The education is classical and rigorous. The graduates have high SAT scores and do well in college. Some test out of freshman English and become peer writing coaches in college. The teachers are dedicated professionals who love their students. If you visit the school during an open house, be sure to sit in on some high school classes (even if your child is younger) to get an idea of the "finished product". You will be amazed at the level of discourse and thinking that goes on there. When you see that, you will want this kind of education for your kids. There is after care, an athletic program and extracurricular clubs. The students wear uniforms. There is no transportation provided. Parents are active in the life of the school. As far as private schools go, this one is affordable and worth every penny.
