Iron Hill Appraisals

This company appraised our house without doing proper research on the home, nor ask relevant questions pertaining to the property. We tried to express our information and they were not receptive. Their information was incorrect on basic information regarding utilities, classification & county records. Obviously, they provide reports without due diligence. We have had home appraisals before but none were this disappointing.
